The experience worsened during the service when an employee initiated a highly inappropriate and uncomfortable conversation. He asked about my personal income, made insulting comments regarding birthmarks on my face by comparing them to pimples, and was dismissive during further small talk. The conduct of your current staff is unacceptable and a significant departure from the professional service I have experienced at this location in the past. I hope you will address these interpersonal and behavioral issues with the team.

I also got an oil change while I was here and the staff were still able to get me out in less than 15 minutes. They were all so friendly and helpful! I'll definitely be back!
