Long story short I decided not to go through with the oil change right then, went to lowes and bought some coolant, opened up my hood, and saw my coolant was FULL, it was at the full line! Not even the littlest bit "low"! So just be weary about getting the extra services they suggest! Filling your own coolant and other fluids is easy and less expensive!

I was extremely frustrated, but after seeing the positive reviews, I decided to come here for help. I spoke with the manager, Hanzel, and explained what had happened. He was patient, professional, and resolved the problem immediately. I will only be coming to this location from now on and would highly recommend it to others.
