  In my opinion, the work they did today 02/15/2026 on my Toyota Rav 4 2025 vehicle was not what I expected nor was it satisfactory. To start 1) I went to the place to specifically get Valvoline oil. When they took out the bottles, it wasn't the Valvoline brand. Then I asked the gentleman what oil they are putting and that's when he told me that there is no Valvoline oil that they didn't have available. But the oil that they are going to put on me has the same operation as the Valvoline oil. At no time did they approach me to inform that the Valvoline oil wasn’t available or did they ask me if I agreed with the change. And the truth is that I was not okay with it, unfortunately it was too late to leave since they had already removed the oil from the engine. 2) At the time of placing the oil they do not have the respective care and end up splashing and spilling the oil all around the surface of the engine and belts. They don’t bother to clean the mess they do. 3) When placing the new sticker, they do it with the gloves that they used with the oil and for this reason they end up staining the windshield with oil. 4) At the time of payment I wanted to use a Groupon that I was gifted. It was specifically for FULL SYNTHETIC OIL. The gentleman who charged me told me that the Groupon was not valid for the reason that it is not Full Synthetic but advanced the truth is I did not believe him nor understand him. After going back and forth I ended up getting charge 34.75 apart from the 75.00 I had in the Groupon. I really didn’t care for the 2.99 charge of the Gasket Replacement, what I didn’t like was the fact that they don’t ask or inform you. They just charge you. I definitely won't be coming back. For anyone else going please observe what oil they are using for your car. Good Luck!

  I don't know anything about cars... this gentleman changed my oil, and I asked to please change my battery too. In one of the coldest days the service was flawless!! Rasheed, the manager, knows how to run smooth operations. Thank you!!! My car is running at a 💯%

  After 30 years of going to my previous oil change place, and having a radiator flush and fill preformed, only to have $1,400 worth of damage done to my vehicle and no offer to help pay for the damage they created, I decided to give this Valvoline center a try. The service crew was exceptional and they did a better than professional job. I will be returning here and highly recommend them.

  The manager here, Rasheed, was awesome! He was polite, professional and kind. Yesterday, I had my oil changed, a battery replacement & new wipers installed. Well, after the battery was installed I was getting an error message, NOT a check engine light (new cars and their computers - ugh!). So, I searched all night what this could mean. The new battery was causing the issue - it needed to be recalibrated with the car. I did troubleshoot a little on my own, following the steps I found on Honda forums etc. Nothing worked. I went back to the same Valvoline and Rasheed helped me. Sometimes being a woman who doesn't know much about machines and cars your talked to like an idiot. Rasheed was the exception. He was kind, he was polite & made me feel heard. He immediately checked the connections to make sure they were secured correctly etc. It was not the problem. He tried a few other things and shortly after the error message cleared! I so appreciated his professionalism, help, his kindness, his attention to detail and compassion when helping me resolve the issue. I would recommend this Valvoline and Rasheed 1000X!
