I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME HERE!! I hope business is so bad they close shop!!! To not even honor your own coupons and have ZERO reason as to why except “the company is just not doing it” is ABSURD!!! Tells you they ONLY VALUE THE MONEY AND NOT THE CUSTOMERS!!! To lose thousands of dollars in future oil changes for $10, tells you what this company is about! VALVOLINE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

I thought there was a problem with the engine. I barely made it back to NJ. I went to the mechanic and they noticed the air filter cap was still opened and that was the reason why the engine was struggling. Stay away from these people
