Because of this inconsistency, I feel as though the additional cost may not have provided the benefit that was explained to me. It is unclear whether this was simply a mistake or an oversight, but it does raise concern that customers may return earlier than necessary and incur unnecessary costs. I attempted to call the shop to discuss this issue; however, after waiting on hold for approximately 10 minutes without anyone answering, I was unable to speak with anyone. At this point, unless this can be clarified or corrected, I do not plan to purchase the higher-priced oil option again.
