  So as usual, I was way overdue for my oil change. I went on a Saturday late morning, and Alex took care of me. From the moment I rolled down my window Alex had impeccable customer service. He was polite, kind, listened, and he was funny too. Alex did something that day that no one ever did the many times I had my oil changed in that location. He asked if he can get into my glove compartment to check my filter. It was filthy. He explained that is the air I was breathing. I advised him no one has ever taken that filter out every time I go get my oil changed. So I truly appreciated that and of course, I asked him to change it. Alex was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills! Of course, I highly recommend Valvoline of Rochelle Park. Ask for Alex!

  I usually don’t write reviews, but I had a really good experience. I went in for an oil change and Rasheed, the store manager, was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions and I had a lot. I don’t know much about cars, but he took the time to explain everything clearly, especially the additional services my car needed. I never felt rushed or pressured. Overall, just really solid customer service. I appreciate when people take the time to actually explain things.

  Today I went to go get my car wash and it was an old man by the car wash. He doesn’t speak any English and I didn’t read the sign because I’m so used to going somewhere else to get my car washed, but I did not know that I had to put my car in neutral so the old guy was banging on my car window asking me what I’m doing and then it was another guy that was standing next to him yelling and saying that I had to put my car in neutral and I had to go back around and go back to the car wash. It was very unprofessional of them to treat me that way. The only thing you have to do is tell a person to put the car in neutral. A lot of people don’t read the signs and then you had this old guy there that don’t even speak English. I’m never coming back.
