They were very communicative throughout the entire process and we never had to wonder what was going on. When we were told that our OEM rear bumper wouldn’t probably arrive until the end of December Bobby went above and beyond to find a solution. Fortunately the part came in sooner than expected. Thank you for your professionalism, great work and genuine care and concern on a personal level. Highly recommend!

I’m very particular about my cars, and Bobby not only fixed the issue flawlessly but also returned my car cleaner than when I dropped it off (he even put down a floor mat on the driver’s side.)
