- ESEric SongJan 5, 20261.0I came here last Saturday to replace a flat tire and returned yesterday to pick up my Cadillac Escalade. While the tire was replaced, the spare tire was not reinstalled under the car. When I asked why, they claimed I didn’t give them the car key, which is not true. I clearly remember handing it over. They then said I must have left it inside the car. After searching for over 30 minutes and asking to check the security cameras, they refused and tried to close the store. I had to call the police. After another search, the key was found hidden near the windshield, a place I have never put my key in my life. I always leave my key in the cup holder when necessary. Based on this, I strongly believe the technician placed the key there, and no one noticed it because it was hidden. This situation could have been resolved honestly and professionally but instead it escalated unnecessarily. Now I have to go to another shop and pay out of pocket just to reinstall the spare tire. Very disappointing experience. They need to be honest and professional.

When i said that’s not ok after making an appointment, all I was told was “it’s not our fault. You called the central line and they made many appointments for 2pm who all showed up before you so not my problem”. Zero customer care zero transparency. Do not go here

Was on my way to an appointment and caught a flat explained my rush and they got right to work had me taken care of in less than half an hour. They also did a full systems check during that time and informed me of a few issues. I needed new brakes and my timing belt was beginning to fray. I didn’t have the time just then and there but after my appointment I came back and to my disbelief they had my car ready same day. Thank you to the team over at Ridgewood Mavis!
