I hit a curb and got a flat tire in the afternoon a few days ago. I called this location since I had a positive experience not too long ago with them replacing one of my tires already. Kai told me to bring it on in and I had a very pleasant interaction once I got there. He went through a bunch of options with me and was super helpful in helping me decide on what I wanted to do. Turn around time was very quick, my car was ready to go with all 4 tires replaced by the next morning. Thanks for getting me on the road again so quickly!

VERY DISAPOINTED! I have purchased several sets of tires from Mavis and on the whole have been satisfied. However, I guess things change when you have a problem. I bought 4 tires about a month ago for my antique car, and only drove it back to my house about ¼ mile distance. Last week I drove the car a few blocks to warm the oil. When I got back I noticed one of the tires was extremely low. I filled the tire and drove it to Mavis, and asked if they could look at it. While it has only gone less than 5 miles on these tires, it is possible I picked up a nail or screw which I understand. They pulled the tire and said it had a “ring” from driving on it with low pressure and that I would have to buy a new tire. My point is why did it go flat? Was it a bad valve? Improper mounting? Or was it my fault that I ran over something. Their reply was they didn’t know and I would have to buy a new tire. I contacted Mavis headquarters.. No response. . So buyer beware.

This place is a disaster. I was a loyal customer for years, mostly because they are walkable from my house, but I’ve used them for the last time. There is almost always an issue with the work they do. They blew a fuse changing out a car battery, and delayed me getting the car back by a day. They changed the brakes and caused a grinding sound; the car had to be brought back to get it remedied. They changed my wife’s tires, and ever since the pressure light has been continuously on. We brought it to their attention the day after the service that caused it, and they said they don’t know why it happened. Then, at the next service, all of sudden it became apparent to them that the tire pressure light was on because all four tire pressure sensors had failed. Every time I go in there, it’s a new face. There is no continuity. I called the national customer service number, explained all this, and they told me the regional manager will be calling me back. That was days ago…he never called. The price is low for a reason; they are amateurs in there.
