Such a relief, knowing there’s still an honest shop with great staff that I can go to for my vehicle’s maintenance needs. I will definitely be back when I need brakes and tires on my car.

I was told my car needed new calipers, which seemed questionable on a vehicle with only about 40,000 miles. I ended up spending nearly $3,000 on calipers, brake pads, and rotors for a car worth around $5,000. Immediately after the work, the car began making squeaking noises and a rubbing sound while driving at highway speeds. I returned to the shop five times, and each time I was told they could not replicate the issue. Despite repeated complaints, nothing was fixed and the problem continued. On my sixth visit, I was finally told that the rotors had not been installed properly. Those rotors were completely worn out within just 2,500 miles, which is unacceptable and alarming. This clearly points to poor workmanship and a lack of proper diagnosis. I would not recommend this shop due to incompetence, unnecessary repairs, and failure to take responsibility.
