From the beginning, Barry, was super attentive and sat there with us for a few hours basically explaining what was going on. The team worked on my vehicle for a few hours getting it right as the other location just wasn’t doing that, we were at the point of wanting to not work with Mavis as whole going forward due to our bad past experiences. After today’s visit at this location And with Barry’s attentiveness, we are leaving feeling much better than we did walking in.

I quickly google a tire shop and bank masiv discount tire shop was near by at ridgefield park and they helped me to fix everything so smooth and quick so I can get back on the road. I highly recommend this tire shop it you need tires or have any issues. They are the professionals!!!! Thanks to shady, Jose, Barry and the entire team thank you so much guys. The tread of our front tires were down to its last few miles anyway and is due for change. Called a few places but all were requiring to order tire first and come back the next day or make an appointment. Came across Mavis at Ridgefield Park on Google search and gave em a call. Raja was very accommodating and said “come on down!”. Their prices were fair and comparable to a local tire shop by us that didn’t have our tire. They were able to take us in right away and you can see them work on the car from the waiting area. We were in and out in less than an hour. They made an otherwise inconvenient experience somewhat tolerable with their efficiency and professionalism. Shout out to Barry, the mechanic who did a great job on our car. They’re open til late when most places are closed by 5pm, so great for after work emergencies or appointments. Thanks guys!
