  We had such a pleasant experience purchasing our new car at Red Bank Volvo. Eric G. was extremely knowledgeable about all of the cars and features. He was attentive, patient, and did not pressure us in any way. We felt so comfortable working with Eric, and we are confident that we made the right purchase decision thanks to his expertise! All of the staff were friendly and attentive. Cindy in the finance department was also wonderful to work with. She was well prepared, explained all of the details, and was extremely efficient. I highly recommend Red Bank Volvo.

  Excellent customer service! I hate going to buy cars but Duane made it such a pleasure. My husband and I bought a car and then a few weeks later I took my mother there to purchase a vehicle. Thank you Duane and Red Bank Volvo!

  Walked around the lot for 30 minutes. Waited in the showroom. No one greeted us. Eventually someone from the service department noticed us and tried to get someone to help, but after another 15 minutes - nothing. Going to go up to the Edison Volvo and hope for a better experience.

  I had written a poor review a few days ago regarding their business ethics. Sales never returned calls, as the 2 managers i emailed. They only returned a call after I had written a bad review. They called, so I deleted the review after giving them a second chance...that did not work out either. After a few discussions with Eric and Chris(Operations), I wanted to inquire about my trade. Chris figured the trade, on the Red Bank Volvo Web Site. The price ranged from 18K to 21K...my vehicle was like new condition, only 11k miles. I let them know I would be in on 6-10-19...figuring I would never get a high trade, but never get low balled due too the condition and mileage of the vehicle. In the dealership Eric met me and appraised my vehicle...with that, he told me the XC40 I wanted was sold Saturday(I did not expect them to hold the vehicle for me), but I did expect to make a deal as told him I wanted to make a deal in an email....he did not even have the decency to look up another vehicle for me on Saturday, knowing the XC40 was sold. After an hour, I received a low ball for the trade...even though I was told the car was in excellent condition, I got low balled. Eric said the site where they can look for alternate vehicles was down, but he did not seem eager to make a deal at all...he told me he would get back to me quickly...never heard from him...nothing...in fact, I never even received a return phone call. They never put a lease price together for me as promised. I can only guess they sell lots of cars and did not care to take in a trade. Their sales were rather lethargic at best..no manager even came to me when I told him I was leaving.....dealership was empty...I went over to BMW, and it was night and day...I shopped around for both cars, an XC40 and a BMW X2...walked into BMW, greeted by the sales manager, sat me down in his office, gave me a great deal on my trade, invoice on new car...walked out happy as anything. I had great experiences in the past with Red Bank Volvo..their new managers and salesman presently, I particularly don't care for...it all worked out for the best. I hope you all have better luck!

  I've dealt with quite a few scummy, pushy car dealerships and am happy to say my experience at Red Bank Volvo was the total opposite. Barbara was very kind and patient and didn't use any shady salesmen tactics. No undisclosed fees and didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't want. Just a very pleasant buying experience. Highly recommend.
