  I came in 10 minutes before closing not realizing what I had done. Staff assured me it was ok and proceeded to do their typical thorough job. Much appreciated.

  Overall a great experience. First time at this location and went on a Friday after lunch rush. I had to wait about 20 minutes but there was space in the lot so I wasn't blocking traffic. Service was quick and the mechanics and techs kept me up to speed the whole way through. Once I was in the bay it took about 20 mins for the full oil change, fuel system cleaner and even replacing my air filter and two burned out indicator lights on my rear bumper. Jonathan was a great tech and Mario checked me in from the waiting lot. Will be back!

  What a waste of my time. I sat there for almost an hour in line someone came out told me they had the correct fluids for my vehicle. I get inside they show me the wrong fluids and tell me they're correct. Yeah I want to avoid my warranty with this crappy business. No thank you. Don't go here.

  super easy place to get your oil changed without even having to step out of your car. the guys working the bay are chill and they did a solid job getting me back on the road.

  This place has always been great. Technicians have great customer service skills, but hope that your experience doesn't go sideways when things go south. Long story short, this location pointed out an oil leak on another component of my engine. They advised me to go to the dealership to get it checked. I go to the dealership to get it checked and it's found that Valvoline installed a leaky/defective filter on my vehicle. I contacted the shop manager, explained the situation, and all that was repeated to me was generic jargon hidden somewhere in the fine print of the receipt to protect himself and the location from claims. I contacted the headquarters for further support and essentially was directed back to the shop manager and location. After reviewing other reviews listed within these google reviews, it seems as though there are multiple patrons who've experienced similar if not the same exact issues at this very location. However, I'm made to feel as though I didn't follow a specified protocol, when a protocol was never specified to follow. After calling back for a second time to resolve the issue, hoping that in good faith this location would act with some integrity and ethics, they would issue a refund for an oil change that I got 2 weeks ago would be refunded. Seeing as I had to pay for another one today. This is a very simple thing that could have been very easily rectified, but instead, this location chose to go on the defensive side of things, use wordplay to twist around everything that I said, and defer and deflect back onto another party, who was never responsible to begin with. In addition to citing a "known" issue back to the auto manufacturer when no recall for this specific issue even exists. In retrospect, after seeing other people experience these same issues with oil leaks after getting oil changes here, I tend to look at negative reviews with a grain of salt. I take the whole picture of experience into account and to be fair, I've never had any issues here. But, when you experience an issue that is the same as other experiences, it makes those negative reviews really stand out. My final take is that this place uses parts coming from a manufacturer or supplier that have higher than normal rates of defect. The real solution is solving that problem and not making the customer feel as though they're responsible for it.
