  This shop did me dirty. The day after they worked on my truck, I got stranded and had to pay $450 for a tow home around midnight coming from New York. The next day I asked them if they could tow it back since it was their work, and they refused. I ended up paying another $200 just to take it back, and I only live 4 minutes away. I don’t recommend this place at all. Terrible customer service, and they didn’t reimburse me a single penny. ———————————————————————- Hi, I appreciate your response. However, I was left stranded the day after your service, which resulted in a $450 towing expense and additional inconvenience. I already reached out and was denied assistance. I would like this matter to be taken seriously and expect a fair resolution regarding the damages and costs I had to cover. Please let me know how you plan to resolve this.

  Not gonna lie the dudes at the counter were cool but the same tire i just paid to replace two weeks ago is flat again. Tire pressure actually dropped within a few days. It just finally went flat. Last time i came cause I must of drove over something that punctured my tire, the first time in 5 years. The likelyhood of that happening against within 2 weeks isnt really likely. Got a feeling the tire I was sold couldnt have been “brand new”

  Found a nail in my tire and brought it up to Mr. Tire for a patch on a Friday afternoon. They had it done in just under 2 hours.

  They scammed us for over $1,000. After they repaired my tires I was driving home and the car started shaking. I brought the car back the next day and after reassessing the car they told me I would have to pay another $450 for a new wheel well. I asked for a payment plan but they refused to help. I asked for a refund and they refused. My car is in worse shape now than when I brought it to them. The mechanics missed the problem completely and since we don’t have those additional funds we are being forced to drive an unsafe vehicle. It’s a scary situation we are in and we pray no one goes through such an unfortunate set of circumstances we are dealing with due to the negligence this company has showed upon ourselves and our community. We shall continue to pray for this business to improve and develop a higher set of business ethics and business practices moving forward. Stay safe and god bless

  Disaster experience for a simple tire change. Came in on Monday and ordered tire in person, was told to return Wednesday only to be told no documentation and tire never ordered. At 10am tire ordered, 10:30am receive a phone call “your car is ready” obviously an error. At 2pm didn’t hear any f/u, called to find out tire never delivered. Waited till 6pm to come and pay, except overcharged over $100 with no explanation. Took a while to get correct charge matching original estimate. Not one apology until I asked for one.
