He treated everyone including me with respect and fairness while I waited for my car to be checked. I was worried about my tires since I seem to have bad luck with them lately lol. He assured me that the issue was something small and I was so relieved. Overall, the vibe and energy was comfortable and relaxed as it should be when dealing with difficult car issues/maintenance.
