At my first visit, the place was very busy, and I was worried it would take forever to get help. The employees kept things moving quickly and were courteous and professional with everyone in line, including customers who were clearly stressed out and taking their frustrations out on the staff without good reason. The person who helped me was very polite and explained everything and answered all of my questions. I was back here again today, and worked with a different employee who was just as courteous, professional, knowledge, and helpful as the person who helped me last time. I'll be back one last time next week, and I'm so much less stressed out about navigating this process because I know the people who will help me will be kind and courteous. These workers are great at their jobs!

Received an additional confirmation email morning of pick up. Upon arrival they began to check me in, taking down information and everything and only then did they tell me they did not, in fact, have a vehicle available for me. The manager claimed he tried to call me but I had no missed calls. They also had my email and could have tried texting me but neither of those things happened either. They did not offer to help me find a car elsewhere. I separately called Enterprise in nearby towns and they were much more accommodating. Recommend driving to a different location than the one in Raritan for better service.
