  DO NOT order to in-store pickup here! My order was taken or picked up by someone else before I came in with my email confirmation for pickup at this location today. How do does anyone pickup an item without a pickup barcode and ID? I was told this from customer service since that’s why my info for pickup wasn’t on their system when I actually came in. It’s def shady shit or carelessness from store staff/management to this happen so easily. Luckily customer service was able to give me a refund! I honestly hope that goes through correctly…But someone got away with free stuff! It’s my first and last time ordering anything from Autozone.

  Having a bad experience with these stores today I wait behind somebody then the guy tells me the line starts some where else going to check out a different auto parts place

  Hello all and Happy new years. I had to stop into Auto Zone today for a minor fix to a customer care. I'm a transporter. This is not something they do ,but a great employee name Ray stepped up and Help me solve a problem that could have gone bad. Thanks Auto Zone for Ray and his excellent customer service. 10 stars
