Very satisfied with my experience at this dealership! Called ahead to get a price as I already knew which car I was interested in. I dealt with Brian who was very professional and responsive. Did all of the financing over the computer with Dante which was quick and easy. The following day the car was ready for pickup and I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. Sales manager George was also great. As for the car I LOVE my new Buick Enclave!! It drives beautifully and has so many cool features!

Very disappointing experience — be careful buying here!
My partner and I recently bought a car from Sowyer Lyons in Randolph, NJ, and at first everything seemed fine. But just a few days after driving it, we discovered the steering pump was leaking. When we took it to a trusted mechanic, we were told this was an old leak, not something new — meaning the dealership likely knew about it and just refilled the fluid before selling it.
When we called the dealership to ask about getting it fixed, they told us that everything else could be repaired — except the steering pump. Strange, right? We spoke with George, who was rude and unprofessional, and even hung up on us. When we called back, Bret claimed that George said we were being disrespectful — which is completely untrue. All their calls are recorded, so they could easily check and see that George was the only one being disrespectful.
Later, when we tried again, Bret completely dismissed our concern and just told us to “refill it.” He even called the issue “small and silly.” Not exactly what you want to hear when you just bought a car that already has problems. To make things worse, our mechanic also found that one of the motor mounts is broken and seized, and now the dealership just won’t answer our calls.
If you’re young or looking for a first car, please avoid this place. They completely lack professionalism and don’t stand behind their cars once you drive off the lot.
The only person who treated us well was Brian — he was respectful and kind throughout the process.
