My dad took my car in as I had a slow leak in my rear tire. No appointment, just walked in and told them what was wrong. They took him in right away and after looking at the tire, came back with an easy fix result. The tire had a leak around the stem which they fixed easily. They could have said that I needed a new tire and we would have never had known. We have never been there before but after service like that…my dad told me to go straight there if I ever have a problem, not to even ask him! Thank you guys for fair and honest service….you have a customer for life!

I'd like to update my review. I was contacted by Shawn Davis of Mavis who listened to my complaint. He offered an apology and worked out a solution to my issue. It's refreshing for a service center that listen to your complaint and attempts to rectify the problem. I will definitely use the shop in the future. I brought my car in on October 11th because my car was making noise when I turned. After an inspection, the manager explained that the noise was coming from the rear end and it's not something they repair, but my front brakes were in need of service. I made an appointment to return on 16th for the repair. I returned 16th for the repair. After it was inspected a different manager called and told me that I needed tires and a battery. I should have used this as a red flag since tires I previously purchased from the shop only had 16,000 miles on it. I was quoted a price of $1,200 for the brakes that seemed extremely high, but I told them to continue with the repair. When I arrived to pick up my car, the price had ballooned to $1,500. Come to find out that they replaced rotors and pads on the rear also. This repair was not needed since the rear brakes were replaced by the dealer 6 months ago. I feel that I was ripped off and forced to pay for a repair that wasn't needed.
