I recently had a very disappointing experience with the [Princeton] Enterprise branch. I went to pick up a rental car with my 10-month-old baby, and the service was shockingly poor. I was made to wait over an hour, despite arriving on time. When they finally addressed me, they suggested I drive to a different location, which was far away, something I simply couldn’t do, as my baby was unwell. After another 15 minutes, the car was finally ready. To make matters worse, when I asked about an additional driver cost, they assured me there wasn’t one. We even joked and smiled about it.
Yet, I received a bill today with a $30 extra charge. When I contacted the location, once again, they were indifferent, claiming it was policy, but refused to check the recording. Overall, this branch showed a complete lack of care and respect for the customer. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others about this location.
