I seem to always get nails in my tire and recently my tire even popped. Needless to say I frequently need their services and I am always happy. I usually drop my car off in the morning and within a few hours my car is all fixed up and ready to roll. Today in addition to tire work they replaced my battery and fixed my alignment. Thank you for always being there!

I discovered a nail in one of my tires that was causing a slow air leak and called around 9:00 a.m. to ask about an appointment. I was advised to come in at 11:00 a.m., which I did. When I arrived, I was informed that they were extremely busy and that my car likely wouldn’t be evaluated until later in the afternoon, around 4:00 p.m., and that they would call me once they could look at it to determine whether the tire could be repaired or needed replacement. After waiting past 5:00 p.m., I stopped by to check on the status and was told they had over 80 appointments that day and hadn’t gotten to my car yet. However, they were very transparent and reassured me that if I truly needed my car, they would take care of it before closing at 6:00 p.m. Since I couldn’t wait on-site, I asked them to call me with an estimate. They even offered an after-hours pickup option, which I really appreciated. At around 6:20 p.m., they called to let me know the tire had been successfully repaired. The team was genuinely eager to help, communicative despite being overwhelmed, and went above and beyond to make things right. I truly appreciate their professionalism and customer-first attitude. Overall, an amazing experience, and I would absolutely recommend them.
