Ticket machine is always out of tickets and opens anyways to let you in but then won’t open to let you leave without a ticket and tries to charge you $50 no matter how long you were there. Number to call for help is the wrong number, they don’t answer the intercom, and when you call the wrong number they pass along the right one where no matter what selection you make it goes to voicemail. Literally the only way I got out was from a passerby who told me this happens every night and scanned their monthly parking pass to allow me and 4 others to leave. It’s a miracle for their sake no one has just broken the gate and a miracle for our sake no one has had an emergency and been unable to physically leave.

The phone number shown on the exit gate linked me to the connecticut office, an office that had no control over this specific parking garage. I had to call the police to get us out. And even that was a problem, because the police did not have keys to override the gates. I ended up having to ask a monthly subscribing customer to use their RFID at the upper gate in order to let us out. Thankfully I didn't have a serious, time sensitive problem to deal with. In my opinion, this garage is not a safe place to park. If the ticket or RFID doesn't work, your only way out is to plow through the gates themselves.
