Luis was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with, and I came away extremely satisfied after getting a great value and having it expertly installed. I won't go to another auto parts store for as long as I live in Central Jersey, and you shouldn't either - thanks, Luis!
- BRBrenda ReevesDec 19, 20255.0I came Advanced auto in Princeton as I was on my way home to the Poconos when it started snowing. I went into the store to get some wiper fluid that would be beneficial for me on the way home, Luis, who was the customer service gentleman who took care of me told me about a few of the different wiper fluid and how they worked differently and which one would benefit me based on what I was looking for. I appreciate someone like him because I’m not familiar with the difference. I would’ve just bought the cheapest one. I paid for my product. I left the store. Went out to my car and my car wouldn’t start and I knew my battery was dead because I had to get Jumped about two days prior and was told that the battery was ready to go. I went back in to see what I could do about getting a new battery and where I could go to get it replace replaced. Before I start my travels on the way home, and Luis said he would put that battery in for me. I’m writing this Review because you have a customer service agent there that went above and beyond what anyone has done for me anytime I went Auto store. I can’t tell you how I appreciate him because with what he had done I felt safe on my two hour journey home. For this reason, I’m asking you to please let him know that I left This review because I want him to know that I appreciate him and there are people out there that do acknowledge.

He acted like I was doing him a favor by asking questions. Like it was privilege to shop there. I actually needed help but I’ll just go somewhere else. Disappointed at how nasty people can be. Beware.

They call customers jerks and treat customers as useless pieces of a human body. I would never recommend anybody to go in that store and to do any business with them, especially the young gentleman by the name of Neil was absolutely unexpectedly cruel
