There were many cars and only a few staff, so I thought I’d just pump my own gas like usual. One of the attendants saw me, and when I said, “It’s okay, I can do it myself,” he got really grumpy. I said back, “Okay, you do it,” but apparently, I wasn’t allowed to anyway. When he came back and asked “cash or credit,” I reached for my purse to grab my card but he started yelling, “I need credit!” like he was rushing me, then walked away again. The whole experience was rude and confusing. Definitely one of the worst gas station experiences I’ve had. If I could give zero stars, I would.

When I confronted the cashier I had a hard time getting a refund. And surely, they didnt even bothered to apologize when I obviously caught them stealing. Check your receipts.

Older guy at the pumps is a real pleasure to interact with. I have a dupe card for work. You have to put the ode meter and a driver ID in. He refused to enter in either the one. It wasn’t busy. There weren’t any lines of people waiting. He just didn’t want to do it. Asked me for my drivers license and I refused asking why the hell he needed that?? He told me to get out and pump my own gas. I told him to give me my card back and I left. If you need to stop anywhere off the turnpike, do it before or after this one. Awful awful experience. Luckily I had enough gas to keep going to the next stop
