    We went in person to the Plainfield location. Our service rep. Was very polite and forth coming with the process. I feel he valued our car fairly and we truly left with the check in hand. The best part was the whole process took about 30-45 minutes. We are satisfied customers.

    Christian was very straightforward and friendly, easy to work with for my car sale. I was in and out in about an hour. Definitely a smooth experience. The price I got was okay, but that's what you get when you sell to wholesalers. I do wish the price they offer didn't include a deduction of title fees from the take home amount.
