    Wont be coming here again. I purchased a battery at Auto zone, they instructed to return my old one. When i came back I had misplaced my receipt, a worker here was able to trace my receipt with my phone number. She wanted to give my refund to the card i purchased it with but I explained I no longer had access to that card. Instead of helping me they sent me on my way and told me to keep my battery. I went to the PISCATAWAY location, amazing 10/10, solved my issue for me in under 5 mins.

    My initial visit today with Jason was ok even though I had to wait for 15 minutes to be helped and left with a battery that would possibly fit my Jeep instead of what definitely would. The H7 or the H8. 7 wasn't it. I brought it back to exchange it as Jason instructed, but he was busy. I ended up with Fernando. Hhhhh. Much to my chagrin, Fernando speaks 4 English words and understands fewer including the difference between an exchange and a return. After I explained to him what I needed, he stared at me like a deer in headlights. Jason came over and translated. Fernando performed a return which meant the money would not go back onto my card for 3-5 days. At first, Jason tried to tell me that they had to do a return because the SKU was different. Sir...professional shopper here...I called BS. Once the manager came over and realized what happened, she tried to tell me it was because of the price difference. Ma'am...the price is exactly the same. She reluctantly confirmed that it was and apologized. She offered to charge my old battery for me. I declined because I was trying to get out of there without becoming a trending video for jumping on Fernando's head and knocking everything off the counter. I was so angry. It's not Fernando's fault that I over spent during the holidays and barely had enough to purchase the battery to begin with, but why can't you understand me and why don't you know how to properly exchange an item? The wait time in this location is horrendous and unless you are fluent in Spanish, it's hit or miss. I will take the extra 8 mile drive out of my town or use Advanced Auto next time. I'm completely disgusted.
