Got the car on the flatbed and I didn’t need to go too far as I was already enroute to a mechanic.no extra costs were added for the tow so the $85 wasn’t horrible as I was expecting much worse. Thank you A-1!
- MSMatthew Sievers5 days ago1.0I was at a candlelight vigil in Collingswood and a driver from this company drove past in a company truck and yelled obscenities at us during a moment of silence. Tacky and no respect for other lives. The truck was the white flatbed towing truck with the A1 logo like we can see in the pics on Google. It was 1/8/2026 at around 6:30pm off of Haddon Ave near Cuthbert and Bryant Road. A whole crowd saw it. I asked the person next to me if that was the same to logo/truck to verify it was them and they were yelling innappropriate things. I obvioulsly can't confirm what calls they got, but me and lot of other people can confirm it was that A1 truck trying to antagonize people grieving.

They tow our car 7pm , we show up at 8am to get our car they were rude and told wait until 830 am to give us back the car. Very rude unprofessional people. Who don't operate on their own listed hours of operation. I would like to add it cost 260 to get the vehicle released j7st to be told they would not allow it to be driven put of the lot . Car was not in a accident it had damage from a previous accident. We had to call AAA to remove our car .And pay an additional 50 dollars to have their tow truck move it off her lot. This women is a absolute nightmare with no customer service skills at all. Rude rude rude do not use this company they charge way to much and you have to put up with attitude just to get your property back. I will be reporting her to the bbb
