- TTTodd2 days ago5.0GEICO sent Ray from A1 Towing with a flat bed truck out for my wife's Grand Cherokee 4Xe. The first company GEICO called came out but said that the Jeep couldn't be towed on a flat bed because it's a hybrid and there are no areas that he could hook to in order to get it up on the truck. I told Ray that and he laughed. He hooked it up and got it on the flat bed without any problems. He's a really nice guy and he knows what he's doing. Five stars all the way.

I called the number right back and they told me another charge of $80 after I paid once already because it would be another service. It literally stalled in less than 3 minutes. Pretty shitty customer service on the company’s part.
