  Very nice town truck driver, but company made us drive to their offices to sign papers before allowing our body shop to take the car.

  my husband called A1 towing for a jump start it was 80 dollars. The driver didn't even have a jump pack nor knew what they were doing. The driver asked if I had jumper cables and got mad when I said no. The driver refused to call a different driver or even cancel the call. The driver offer to tow it which I was ok with because I was planning on taking it to a repair shop. The repair guy stated that it was just the battery and it could have been jumped. Now im out 230 dollars for a service that was never done and a crappy driver that complained the whole ride and was on there phone.

  I wish the trucks would stop loitering at wawa there are 5 of their trucks parked taking up the whole side of parking at Landis and mill rd wawa

  They work almost solely with the State Police. Car got a flat on rt. 55 so I called A-1 towing and got a price of $80 and a hour time to be towed to my home just 10 miles away. In the meantime a trooper pulled over put on his lights and long story short I apparently had a issue with my registration, but really didn't after a long process the DMV claimed responsibility. But his immediately reaction was to tow my car with a lame excuse cars must all be towed off rt. 55. Anyway he calls A-1 Towing and they show up in 10 minutes. I then come to find out that tow costs me $160, double amount I was given with a 50$ a day charge. After some issues getting to W. Deptford I could finally pay the $800 to get my car back. In process of fighting it. Was very obvious to me there's preferences double charging and favors towards the troopers, but never for their victims. Proved I was innocent without any doubt and didnt even get a discount. Ps. I was forced to drive my car with a blown front tire off their lot before I could fix it which felt like mud being rubbed in my face after the fact. I dont like to speak negatively about others, but screw this crooked company I really hope they get what they deserve. My Rating 100% a -F, I'd give them a G but grade only goes to F. Beware, you've been warned.
