    Got looted once. Make sure you take pictures and video of car and even the bumpers. Look for everything so that you don't give them a chance.

    When we dropped our vehicle at the body shop, the rental car was already there waiting for us. Later, when the repair was finished, we just left the rental car at the body shop. I can't think of a way that could have been more convenient. Very pleased.

    What terrible customer service at this location. Just awful. It’s almost as if the young man behind the counter took joy in sending us away because he was “done for the day”. I had a reservation that I made weeks ago. According to this young man their location called to leave a message but I didn’t have a voice mailbox set up. According to him, there were notes in my file/reservation from his manager about this supposed call. To start, I had no missed calls—I even showed the young man my phone to prove it. Second, I do have a voice mailbox set up. Third, I confirmed my reservation via the text the Enterprise company sent me. When I explained this to him, he told me that that is Enterprise sending an automatic text, it was not their office that sent the text. Aren’t they an Enterprise entity? Finally, the most offensive part of this exchange, was this young man treating me as if I am an idiot for not knowing that their location closed at noon (we entered at 12:20pm). Why would a car rental place close at noon on a Saturday? Absolutely the worst experience ever. Luckily, there are plenty of other car rental places in the vicinity so I was able to reserve and pick up my rental in 20 minutes. I will never rent a car from this location again. Ever.
