I flew up from Florida for a wedding and specifically needed a nice car, but was told there was no credit or adjustment even though the price difference was minimal. Very disappointing experience and not what I expected after making a confirmed reservation. The only positive was Dominic — he was very helpful and professional throughout the process. 11/20/25 Recieved a call from Breanna, who was extremely apologetic and said they should have been more proactive on the car not being available upon booking etc. She also refunded the difference and a fuel charge for the inconvenience. This was more than fair and worth my updating this review and the experience.

- FSFree spiritOct 27, 20251.0Zero stars for this business and the people working there quick to put you in a car quick to tell you not to worry about taking pictures before you pull off the lot to save your own a$ from the previous driver/renter. Thank god I listened to my gut took pictures before I left the lot days after I returned the car they said I returned with damages don’t get me started with the grand total, then proceeded to tell me they need my insurance to run the damage claim if I don’t give it to him then ….. he’s only trying to help……. Micheal was his name very unprofessional to say the least he is the one who stated I didn’t need to take pictures….for the rest they follow suit. Over 2 months goes by I now have someone sending me a bill 1,040.00 for those damages that I did not cause ………don’t walk run away from this your better off numbing a ride or riding a bike people deserve better. This company located in pitman/glassboro should rethink and work on treating their customers and community better.
