  Best costumer service from manager. Also, he share a lot of his experience to tell me how to take care my car. Definitely coming back for my next service.

  The Piscataway valvoline center near 451 Wawa was super friendly and very high momentum costumer service was exceptional. Best believe I will always be coming here.

  i had asked for a synthetic blend oil change and they asked if i was sure or if i wanted full and I said the blend. They then told me i needed an engine flush on my car that had less than 50k miles. Afterwards I did some research and talked to my uncle and he said there was no reason to get an engine flush on my car yet, but i take blame for it because there is always worry of mine of getting upsold on stuff like this because I’m a female. They told me the engine flush was only going to take an extra 10 minutes. Instead i sat there for almost an hour for an oil change and this engine flush. Then i get the receipt and it says Full synthetic oil change instead of the blend. He also told me the receipt would get emailed to me and it never did so I’m glad i asked for the paper copy to see that it was not what i asked for. They were nice but sneaky. I will not be back here.

  I didn’t get his name but the representative who assisted me was very kind and helpful. He explained with care and concern what services were needed to help me make a sound decision, In addition to an oil change I had my radiator serviced. I felt good about the price and professionalism. Overall, all good experience.

  This was the first time I was at this Valvoline in Piscataway, NJ. The tech guided me in carefully not sure of his name but was very friendly and polite. Omar, the assistant manager, took care of me throughout the process of my oil change and was also polite and friendly. He even suggested I get my fuel system flushed every 12,000 miles. I asked how long it would take and he said only a few minutes so I added that in. Looking around at the other techs working and they all seem to work as a team and very efficiently. I was extremely pleased at the service and give this particular Valvoline 5 stars!!!! Keep up the great work Omar and team. If I ever need an oil change again when in the area, I’m definitely coming here for the awesome service.
