  Way too expensive, manager was rude and new tire punctured within 12 hours. I don’t recommend the place.

  Terrible deceptive service. Don’t go there with a nail in your tire they will break it and make you buy a tire that doesn’t even go with your car. Don’t go here if you have a German car you will pay 3x the price. Just go to the right dealership. They are liars.

  I actually posted my experience with them on multiple community pages and how they scammed me and faked giving me a wheel alignment and I find out that they actually done this to multiple people and if not this situation, it was worse!!! The fact that this place is still in business, baffles me. Definitely the worst place I’ve ever been. The people are so rude and I could tell that they didn’t care about their customers, but I already had a Groupon so that’s the only reason I kept my car there. This experience showed me how the stereotypes about mechanics are real. To all my female friends reading this comment, please do not come to this place.

  If you are a female do not go there by yourself!!!!!!! I used to think mechanics scamming a female was fake until it happened to me. I went here to get a wheel alignment and they never actually did it. Once I noticed my car was still pulling to the left I went straight back there and they told me it was because of a bent rim. I don’t know much about cars so I didn’t think twice. Now I’m at a different mechanic and they tell me my rim Is not bent and I never got the wheel alignment smh!!!! In hopes this was untrue I went to a different place and they told me the same thing !!! Shame on this place!!!!!!!!

  Mr. Tire Auto Center was able to remove my wheel lock after the dealership didn’t put the key back in my glove compartment. I arrived by tow truck just 30 minutes before closing, and they still took care of me without hesitation. The job was completed in about 15 minutes at a reasonable price. A special thank you to store manager Rose, who made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I truly appreciated the professionalism and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
