  After attending an event at Rutgers University, my husband and I discovered we had run over a nail and our tire was rapidly losing air. With a long drive home ahead of us, we knew a temporary fix wouldn’t be enough. Thankfully, we came across Mavis Discount Tire. From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly helpful. Dionel greeted us right away, explained there would be a short wait, and reassured us that they could take care of the issue. Despite not having an appointment, the team got us in within about 20 minutes. While we waited, Dionel’s friendly, lighthearted demeanor helped ease our stress and made an inconvenient situation much more manageable. Matt, James, and Carlos in the shop were equally impressive—working quickly and efficiently to get us safely back on the road. Beyond the quality of the repair, what stood out most was the team’s genuine care for their customers and the positive, welcoming environment they created. Because of this experience, I would absolutely rate this location a 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone in need of reliable, professional service.

  Terrel the manager is awesome. He’s honest and he’s always helpful giving you the best discounts that are possible. I wish I discovered this place sooner.

  Went to Mavis for a wheel alignment.. great price and the customer service was awesome... I explained to the guys what I needed gave me the price which was very reasonable and got the work done. They have a toy area and TV for when I need to bring my little one with me.. definitely will go back for future car needs.

  Great experience with the tire rotation service! The staff was professional, quick, and made sure everything was done perfectly. My car feels smoother on the road now. Highly recommend for their excellent service and attention to detail. Terel is so good in service and always smiling 🙂

  MARTY has exceptional customer service. He is a wonderful representation of what STS tires brand is all about. Not only is extremely communicative, patient, and reliable; But he goes out of the way For his customers. He should really be promoted to upper management! I’ve been going to STS tire for 15 years and they hands-down no matter what new management Comes in will give you the best price And the best customer service. This tire shop Very much treats you like family and that’s very hard to come by. Thank you so much STS tire for having such wonderful staff like Marty.
