  I go to this location because of Wagner. He is a straight shooter and will let you know how serious a recommendation is. His knowledge allows for him to communicate the seriousness of a repair. Omar is a good dude too. Always respectful

  The good- They changed my oil without any issues. They were courteous. The not so good- I usually expect to be asked if I want an air filter changed or some other upcharge. Yesterday, when they gave me the total, it was for well over $200. It should have been around $130 (I got the full synthetic). They said, "with the wipers and the air filter, the total is___." I didn't ask for the wipers or filter nor did they ask if I wanted them. Now it's not a huge deal, but they had to remove the charges from the system, which took time. Then they needed to get someone else to bill me. Not the biggest deal, but a pain. Plus, I was questioned in a bit of a condescending tone, "you don't want the air filter?" If I was a kid, I probably would have paid the bill without even saying anything. In the grand scheme of things, I was only charged for the oil change and it was a minor inconvenience. But it's the principal of the matter. Perhaps that's company policy, but it's a first for me.

  I stopped by this morning for an oil change and had an awesome experience. Omar was super helpful, friendly, and made the whole process quick and easy. He explained everything clearly. Really appreciated the great customer service—thank you Omar! I’ll definitely be coming back.

  I am a regular customer at your Piscataway, NJ location and have always trusted your team with my vehicle’s maintenance. Recently, I referred my son to this same location for his first oil change, as I wanted him to have a positive experience with a reputable shop. Before his visit, I explained to him that he only needed a basic oil change and nothing more. I also provided him with the funds based on the quoted price for that service. However, about 30 minutes later, he called me to say that the total cost was significantly higher than expected. It turns out that the representative upsold him an engine flush, which was neither requested nor necessary, as this is a well-maintained vehicle. More concerning, the representative did not clearly explain that this was an additional service with a separate charge, effectively doubling the bill. This was my son’s first experience dealing with a mechanic, and it’s disappointing that he was taken advantage of in this way. I value transparency and honesty, and I hope this matter can be addressed promptly to ensure other customers—especially young or inexperienced ones—are treated with the same respect and clarity that loyal customers expect. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your response and resolution.
