  made my appointment weeks in advance just to come to the store at the time of my appointment (7:30am) to find the store closed. called the store and was brought to the lady that confirmed my appointment. she told me that the stores opening at 9am. i dont understand why they would confirm an appointment if the shop wasnt gonna be open. anyways the shop didnt actually open up until 9:30am. brought my car in for 4 new tires and an alignment. firstly, the price quoted online is nowhere near close to what you actually pay. then to make things even better the alignment was bad and i had to come back to get that fixed which took another hour. 7:30am all the way to 1:30pm. ridiculous wait time even when my car was literally the only one in the shop. also charged me for a tpms kit when i didnt need that & added "shop supplies" when all they did was use an airgun. store manager didnt even try to make things right either. go someplace else, dont waste your time or money here

  I brought my 2016 audi A7 in because I hit bad pot hole on I95. Rite after I felt vibration coming from my driver's side front tire. I brought in explaining my situation and told the gents it may be that one of the waits may have fell off. This wasn't my first time experiencing this so this is what I thought it was. They balanced my wheel and gave me the paper work stating its all done. As soon as I pulled off I new something wasn't rite. I got on the expressway and it was worse. I immediately turned back around and told them it was worse than when I originally came in. Immediately after I told the front desk manager on staff what happend he told me it was my tires. He told me the reason was because my tires where bald. Mind you they needed to be changed I already new this. But I told the front desk manager that this is not a reason why I would get vibration. I told him I am certified as a ASE mechanic since 18 and I have work on cars since the age of seven. I am now 45yrs old. I told him it wouldn't rotational vibration unless the weight was in the wrong location, a belt was broken in the tires, or the rim was bent. He immediately doubles down with aggression and I just put my head down and kept shaking my head no. I didnt want to argue with this man. I figures he new better than this because he works on tires all day. I had to tell him just to please take a second look. He did with his pride in the way with a attitude as if he was rite. Come to find out after they gave me the paperwork stating they check the car and gave the ok nothing was wrong and its all in working order the first time. He comes back with a video showing me the wheel was bent. Which now this is understandable. Not a apologie or anything. I could have drove on this and been hurt. This is why I didn't wait to get it check out at my shop on staten island. Terrible situation

  Horrible overpriced for oil change no assistance with coupons to be able to use on must have coupon already printed out way overpriced. Extra over hidden prices read small print
