From the moment I walked in, he showed no interest in helping me. I asked him several questions about the car axle, but he didn’t answer any of them and the few times he did, he responded with an angry and annoyed attitude. When I finally went to pay, he handed me the receipt with a terrible attitude, like I was bothering him, and then walked outside to vape instead of assisting me properly. This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. A salesman should be attentive, helpful, and polite, but Xavier did the complete opposite. He made me feel unwelcome and ignored, and it was clear he didn’t care at all about doing his job. If this is the kind of service they allow, I honestly don’t understand how this business expects to keep customers. I will never come back, and I strongly recommend that others stay away from this place unless they want to be treated poorly.
