  Brian is an absolute angel. My local AutoZone didn't have the item I wanted in stock (even though it said it was in stock there online), so I stopped by the Piscataway location while I was in the area. That's when I met Brian. I'm convinced that my store didn't have the item so that I would come here and meet this man. He could have just processed my transaction and sent me on my way, but instead he took a great deal of interest in my classic car and gave me so much advice on how to restore my vinyl top among other things. We talked for about half an hour, and everything he said was practical and valuable. I took notes and pictures of all the products he suggested so I know what to do to get my car looking almost new again when spring comes around! I was having a rather shitty day, and talking to Brian made it considerably less shitty. A truly wonderful experience with a truly wonderful human. Many thanks, Brian!

  My wife’s check engine light came on recently so we stopped by to see if we could get a diagnosis of the error. I met Brian(Brain) as he was helping someone else with the same thing. He quickly came to help and after diagnosing was quickly able to find and recommend parts. The part that warrants this review really comes AFTER the sale. Brian offered to help show me how to install the spark plug and coil assembly, and when he found out that I had no clue how, he offered to do it himself. Was not condescending by any means, he was an absolute legend. I’ve never had to replace this type of part and don’t have car working experience but I can comfortably perform this repair myself in the future, but today I didn’t have to thanks to Brian. His attitude was impeccable, extremely friendly, great conversationalist and obviously quite passionate about the service part of his job. I literally couldn’t have asked for more, and I expected way less. He could have said here’s what you need and have a good day, and that would have been fine. Obviously Brian doesn’t settle for fine, and I am grateful for that. This repair was for my wife’s car and I was worried about messing it up and stranding her somewhere when the car doesn’t start. Quite literally the best service I’ve ever had from probably anywhere. Auto zone please make sure you do everything you can to retain this man, I am sure he’s responsible for a significant portion of repeat business, as he will be for mine. Thanks Brian!

  The employees here are awesome! Appreciate Jonathan for help put antifreeze in my car and explain what. Possible reason why my car didn’t start this am. Even though I didn’t get a battery today but I’ll be back. Thank you the young man that checking my battery twice for me. They didn’t give attitude to help out their customers. Great job 👏🙌

  The most helpful and effective. I went in yesterday to buy a battery for my car. The staff was extremely helpful as I lacked knowledge on cars. He helped me pick out the correct battery then when it came to the transaction, my card wouldn't go through as for some reason it was detecting fraud. He offered to pay and I paid him back on cashapp. Something he did not have to do but I am extremely grateful as I was already under so much stress. I came in today to do my return of my old battery, with no issues they gave me my return. Shocking enough even though this all seems like just good service, this is uncommon in the autozone by my location (PLAINFIELD). I appreciate this staff so much. 10/10 Will be only going back to this location whenever I need anything. Thank you to the staff for their dedication to helping their customers. Yall Are AMAZING LOVE YA
