I confirmed 3 Appointments today and every time I showed up they insisted they couldn’t work on my car until I left the shop. And I believe the only reason for this was because I own a Muscle Car that they wanted to joyride in. And meanwhile they said I was unable to wait with my vehicle even tho the lobby had 2 guests waiting for their vehicles. This shop has done this to me a repeated amount of times ONLY WITH MY MUSCLE CAR. Please save your time and money and go to a different tire shop.

Lynn got my Jeep in fast, swapped out the tire from my spare, and the tech looked to see if the hole was pluggable. Sadly it was not but Lynn got me back on the road fast, ordered me a replacement tire and it came in the very next day. Will be calling to schedule the tire swap, but wanted to say how professional, quick, and friendly everyone was at this Mavis location. In a world where bad customer service is becoming the norm, this place was full of rock stars. thanks so much for being a reliable, friendly, and professional shop in our area.
