He didn't look up from counting as I approached the cash register with a question, I couldn't understand his accent when he said "closed" so he shouted "CLOOSSEED!!" to me as I approached Deli Works. The whole conversation was like he did not know how to talk to me like I was a human being. Thankfully the older man heard the shouting and came out and assisted me; he actually told me where I could find food locally. Not sure I will EVER come back here if the service is usually unfriendly.
