    Extremely unprofessional. I booked them over a week and a half in advance and they called me the day before my move and told me they had no truck available and that I could drive almost an hour to another location to pick up a truck. Unreliable, rent elsewhere.

    Rents out faulty equipment that is not inspected before given to customers, had to fight for a "partial" refund after they rented me a faulty car trailer and delayed my trip by 3 days, was stuck in the middle of no where,, customer service is of no help what so ever, direct quote from them, " I don't know how to help you or when we will be able to help your sir". Would recommend going through Uhaul, Enterprise, or Avis, even if it costs more in the long run. DO NOT TRUST PENSKE!
