The entire team at Mavis in Phillipsburg, from the customer service desk to the mechanics in the shop we kind, compassionate, and thorough. They put me at ease as soon as I walked in the door. They took my car in for service within 5 minutes. They showed me the problem and fixed me up quickly so that I could return home safely. Also, they didn't charge me. Im beyond greatful. Thank you so much for helping me. I'd definitely recommend this location for fast, courteous service from start to finish.

Wait for over an hour to watch some woman walk over to my truck look at the tires on it. And the used ones....Come in and tell me they wont do it bc both sets are bald. And I should buy new tires. I posted pics of the sets of tires. One set is clearly within state spec. I just had them on my truck a few months ago. This place may put tires on rims but just a low experience environment. Nobody even knew what a tire tread depth gauge was. Lincoln tech for 3 months and boom. Mavis tires expert. I asked if they do high speed and low speed balancing and the actual answer word for word was "we do the one kind" Take your busniess elsewhere.
