I’ve already made a complaint complaint that I reserve a 24 hour reservation for 5 PM to 5 PM and they refused to honor that daily rental, they told me that anything after 1 PM when they closed would add up all weekend and become three days of rental instead of one, and the car I reserved by calling the reservation. Desk was never really reserved because the location told me reservations can’t view their inventory, so my $78 rental became north of 150 per day multiplied by three days until they return Monday morning and open their shop and find my return rental that I dropped off two days earlier. So my $78 rental becomes 450+ a $300 deposit after I’ve rented from them for years. They’re kind of ruthless over money.

The customer “service” rep told us our prior confirmation was not confirmation that we would have a car but only confirmation that they would look for a car. So please know that any confirmations from this location are not confirmations that you will have a car at all. Looking through these other reviews, it appears the owner will respond with a tepid request that we sort through this issue on their website. Well sadly we had booked this car to see family for the holidays and no apologies or future discounts will compensate us for the memories we will not be making this holiday season. In short, if you love your family or even just wish to arrive at your destination, DO NOT BOOK A CAR AT THIS LOCATION!
