Just over an hour before I was scheduled to pick up my rental, their office called to tell me they did not have a vehicle and were trying to find one for me. I made the reservation nearly two weeks prior, so to be called right before my scheduled pick up time and be told there is no vehicle is an issue. It leads to a lot of unplanned rearranging of schedules at literally the last minute. I don't usually leave reviews but this experience compelled me to leave one. If I need to rent a vehicle in the future, I will absolutely not consider Enterprise and will look elsewhere for better service.
