    I called and said, I was going to be running late got stuck in traffic.They told me long as I was there before five it would be ok when I got there\nGot the keys looked at the car.That was it when I looked at my bill , the next day they charged me extra about $95.00 which would have been OK if that's what he said to me when I return the car, but he did not.\nYou

    Every single time I boss a reservation with them the call me 2hour before my pick up to say they don’t have the size car I booked or even a car at all Enterprise need to get it together this I such invocvience during the holidays now I have to find another rental company to book because they don’t have a car for me to rent I should not have been able to book if there where no car to rent point blank
