    Awesome people here, I took my Tesla to Johnny Dents to get a dent out and CK gave me a touch up on my paint damage, definitely recommended, will be my first choice if I have any bumper damage in the future!

    UPDATE: Ok. I am revising my review. The owner and office manager reached out to me personally to resolve this matter. Fortunately, they had a recording of my call with the employee and offered to bring me in to their other location to repair my car. They did an excellent job! And the customer service was outstanding! I understand that unexpected things happen from time to time, but the true test of a good business is the quality of their work and their willingness to resolve problems. They could have easily brushed this off and dismissed what happened, but they didn't. I appreciate Chuck and his team, and Jo Jo for painting my car and for fitting me in so quickly. ----------- I hate to leave a bad review, especially since I received great service from them in the past. I went to CK almost 2 years ago to get a scratch repaired. They did a great job and even let me wait there while they provided the service. I live in Pennsylvania, so they were kind enough to let me wait and I was able to work on my laptop while I waited. Fast forward to 2025. I was in need of the same service to repair peeling paint. I filled out the form online to request a quote. I called immediately after to ensure they received it since my internet was acting funny. When I called, the young man who answered the phone did literally everything in his power to talk me out of getting the service done. He first suggested I not wait at their office while the service was being done because “customers have been known to get angry if they have to sit there until 3 pm.” I explained to him that I was fine with this because their office had allowed me to wait before and that it was easier for me to wait since I had no way of getting back to Pennsylvania without my car. Even after I told him I was OK with it. He repeated himself two more times insisting he did not think it was a good idea because “customers get angry when they have to wait.” I assured him this was not me since I had done it before at their office and was very pleased with the outcome of my car. After a while of this back and forth, I could see I was not getting anywhere with him and literally asked him if he was trying to talk himself out of a sale from a repeat customer. He insisted he already knew how customers get angry about waiting and I told him it was not right for him to make me pay for the bad behavior of other customers. Clearly, I could see I was not getting anywhere with him and asked if he was the only person who could book this service. He said Yes. I asked him to apologize for his behavior and he said No. Good customer service is EVERYTHING. The last time I went there, there was a nice woman who handled everything in a professional and courteous manner. Perhaps he was having or bad day or perhaps customer service is not his forte. However, if this is just simply how he is, I suggest using a different person to manage phone calls. Given this young man’s response over the phone, I would not be surprised if he took no accountability and responded defensively to this Google review.
