  Came in for an oil change and break pad replacement. Gave me information about other existing issues but were not at all pushy. Team member manning the desk was friendly and polite and kept me fully updated on the progress on my vehicle while I waited. Will definitely be back!

  They got my BMW tires I wanted and had on my car (4) in a matter of hours! Mounted and walked out with my car by 6pm. Excellent care, service and most importantly kept me in the loop the entire time while I was working. Such a professional team! My go to place for my BMW! Thank you

  I had a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire. I had a tire pop and needed to get my car towed in, and they were able to take me right away. Josh was phenomenal. He squeezed me in the same day, kept everything simple, and made the whole process seamless. The tire was replaced within a few hours and I was back on the road with no issues. Friendly, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend!

  I came in hoping to get my tire patched and noticed the person at the front desk seemed stressed, so I made an effort to be extra polite . I had checked online beforehand and saw there was an appointment available at 2:00 (it was around 1:23 at the time), so I asked if I could book that in person instead of online. I was told they couldn’t see me until 4:00. When I asked why it showed availability at 2:00, I was met with some attitude. I was told that even if I booked it, they would call me and tell me not to come in, and that 4:00 or the next day were my only options. I said okay, and then asked if it would be alright for me to go down the road to ride my horse and come back later, or if my tire might go flat in the meantime since I wanted to avoid needing a tow. I was again met with attitude, so I asked if they could at least check how low my tire pressure was. He eventually agreed. The technician who checked my tire was very kind and helpful, which I appreciated. However, due to the negative interaction at the front desk, I decided to go to the Flemington location instead.

  I called 30 minutes to closing with a spare on and flat tire in the back, asking if there was any chance they could squeeze me in real quick. Staff was wonderful and said they would take a look, and patched my tire up real quick after finding a small nail sticking in. My family has been coming here for the last several years and they've always taken good care of us, and today goes to show that to the extreme. Cant recommend these folks enough for how much they saved me.
