I explained the gash and they informed me that that was not a material impact to the integrity of the tire and saved me more than $500. They didn’t even charge me for the assessment. I didn’t expect this level of honesty from a chain. They’ve exceeded my expectations and have a loyal customer for life.

When I went to the shop, the manager said "we have an allowable shelf life of 5 years." DO NOT GO HERE!!!
