  Never had an issue usually just one person there so be patient with them as they will treat you right at the end of the day good location and they will call to confirm or modify anything or even be able to pick up a day early with no extra cost so good place good reputation with me and them

  Only had one employee working there who wasn’t at the location when I arrived for my pickup. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for them to return from picking up a customer. Upon receiving my vehicle, on tire was very deflated (was at 20psi and was supposed to be at 30psi) so I had to handle it myself. I also found out (the hard way) that the vehicle didn’t have any windshield wiper fluid to clean the dirty windshield (which is very not safe in the winter). Finally, there was a stain on the front passenger seat that should have been cleaned prior to giving the vehicle. I had only noticed it when my passenger pointed it out. Due to a tight schedule, we weren’t able to return to get a new vehicle.
