  I walked in with my great grandfather the other day, and was greeted by Lorrie. I said we needed windshield wipers for my pops truck, and she kindly asked for the year make and model. I tell her, she helps us find them, and even recommends us a good brand. Not only that, but she also threw in free windshield washer fluid!! Then, she installed the wipers very quickly. She was very helpful and quick with helping us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Called to ask about salt for the snow and the lady didn’t even say hello and sounded very agitated! As soon as she said no she hung right up on me! Horrible customer service! Theres probably a lot of calls coming in but no need to be rude!!!

  I went in this store last week to request an application for a commercial account. The manager told me she would have to call her district manager to send me a email with the application. I didn’t receive any response back from the district manager. I then called the corporate number to obtain the application for the account. They said they just emailed me the information, checked my email and I got nothing. I then contacted the manager at the store and was told she didn’t hear back from her manager. So here I am opening my Auto repair shop in a couple of weeks, and no commercial account through Auto Zone, but I did get the commercial accounts through competitors. So I don’t recommend anyone trying to obtain a commercial account threw this company!!!!

  I purchased a new battery from AutoZone. I go home change out the battery. I drive to the Gibbstown, NJ AutoZone location with the old battery and my receipt to get the core charge of $22 refunded. The store manager tells me I need the debit card the battery was purchased. The battery was purchased on my wife’s debit card which I didn’t have with me. He told he can’t give me the refund without the card. I ask for a cash refund, he tells me he can’t do it because it will look back on the store. Please tell me how this makes sense as I’m driving back and forth 15 minutes each way while lugging a car battery in and out of the store. If this is their policy it defies logic. Incident occurred on Sunday, January 11th.

  Erick greeted me at the door and put in my wiper blades and battery in the freezing snow. Erick went above and beyond and made me feel at home thank you!
