  I tried 3 times to get a commercial account through this company at this location, commercial account manager told me she needed to contact corporate for the account. I got no answer for weeks, called corporate they sent me the application through email, completed and returned still nothing for a month, emailed corporate, got a call, 3 days later I ask what’s going on, I get a run around about the company not just giving out accounts, I’m not buying a firearm people! I just want to buy some part for my Buisness, you’d think they’d want the sales, but no! The employees at this location are also not helpful the times I did go in they were on their phones, so work ethic is out the window, not knowledgeable in the field, and some are rude. This is not how you conduct business!!!! Advance Auto is across the street. I’ll drop my thousands off to them!!!!

  Erick was a phenomenal assistance. I genuinely wouldn’t have been able to finish my drive if it wasn’t for Erick’s help. Truly grateful.

  I walked in with my great grandfather the other day, and was greeted by Lorrie. I said we needed windshield wipers for my pops truck, and she kindly asked for the year make and model. I tell her, she helps us find them, and even recommends us a good brand. Not only that, but she also threw in free windshield washer fluid!! Then, she installed the wipers very quickly. She was very helpful and quick with helping us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Called to ask about salt for the snow and the lady didn’t even say hello and sounded very agitated! As soon as she said no she hung right up on me! Horrible customer service! Theres probably a lot of calls coming in but no need to be rude!!!
