I went back, and he used a water hose to try and wash the oil from under my car, last time I checked you need to use some kind of de-greaser to clean this kind of mess. There is still oil dripping from under my vehicle , if this oil got on my tires which would cause a slick/slippery situation , possibly life-threatening situation. I've been using Valvoline for 15 yrs now, this will be my last visit.

Unfortunately 100% under the influence of some sort.At first he made a rude comment about my car then He told me to turn my lights on, you know routine stuff… however he turned his back as I was turning the lights on for him. ( one of my headlights are out) he didn’t mention a thing. I never brought the headlight up because if the employee didn’t care to help I wasn’t going to give them anymore money. He never asked me what kind of service I wanted, he just opened the hood and started processing things in the computer. He then leaves without notice and no one else came to check up or help me for another 10 minutes. The guy who ended up helping me was nice I wish I caught his name. This location should really do a better job choosing who they hire to work at their establishment.
