Because they guys are all so helpful when it comes to helping me with my car but today unfortunately I was disappointed because its lightly snowing and there are no customers but me and I asked if my windshield wiper can be installed and the young lady said no because it was snowing. I have never had someone give me that excuse before.... I understand if the lady didnt want to get her hair wet or she just didnt know how to install it; but she could have asked any other of the guys to help out. So now I have to drive home with one windshield wiper and look up how to Install it or get someone to install it for me.
