From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help — not rushed or dismissive like you sometimes see in auto parts stores. The employees took the time to really listen to what I needed, asked the right questions, and made sure I walked out with the correct parts instead of guessing or upselling unnecessary items. They were extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which I truly appreciated. You can tell they know their products and actually care about helping customers solve problems.
