  I just went to buy a key battery. There were many employees standing in the back gossiping , and only one person was helping customers in the front. After waiting for a while one employee came. He had curly hair, was tall and well-built, and his name plate was turned backwards. I asked him to give me a battery. He said something like “rip it off,” but I didn’t understand the word. I asked again, but because of his pronunciation I still couldn’t understand. And also the battery keep in a lock system thatsy. Then he became angry. He came out and rip the battery very rudely and put in the table very rudely For such a simple thing, getting angry so early in the morning is not appropriate. If someone cannot stay calm, it is better not to work in customer service. I personally feel bad that I couldn’t understand the word at first, and for this because of his reaction I felt ashamed.

  Very poor customer service. I asked for a code scan and the employee said the scanner doesn’t work and told me to go somewhere else without even trying. Not professional at all.”

  Unfortunately this location is not very good. I had a battery installed at their recommendation and they installed the wrong one. Not only that, due to them installing the wrong battery, it almost cost me my engine per Meineke. Not only that, the way they installed it, it caused my transmission fluid to leak. It also drained my remote start battery and caused it to need to be replaced. I have ALL OF THIS IN WRITING from the dealership. Despite bringing ALL of this to their attention, upper management just decided to ignore me. I recommend you NOT patronize this business.

  I went in to get my engine light checked and met a nice worker named Jose. He was kind and was ready to help me. I was in and out. That's what you call good customer service. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
