I can only describe the service we received from the staff as we arrived at Penske Passaic as the friendliest, most amazing and caring ever!!!! You can tell when people are friendly because they have to (That’s their job) or because they are genuinely that way... They certainly went the extra mile to help you with your moving needs. I had a last minute move in the midst of Labor Day weekend... Every place I called had nothing available unless you had made reservations weeks in advance... Shely, the lady that takes care of customers was super helpful and knowledgeable of her job... She took the time and worked her magic and found a truck that covered all my needs and at a great price!!! It was awesome!!!! Side note... When they ask if you want to add insurance to your reservation it would be wise to do that... I know it’s extra money and sometimes we feel we may not even need it which is true by I can tell you... You never know.... My moving went well I had no issues I’m a good driver... But no matter how good you are you cannot control how other people around you drive!!! My truck was hit by someone else... Not even my fault... A little fender bender... But if I hadn’t add the $40 bucks for the insurance I would’ve ended up paying damages to the truck and the other car!! Perhaps thousands of dollars!!! My point is peace of mind has no price and is better to be safe than sorry... I am super grateful that Shely offering it to me and for me taking it... It would’ve been a lot worse... Best $40 dollars I’ve ever spent in my life. To sum up... Excellent customer service... These people really care and are are very nice to people... Highly recommended...!!!!!!!!
