  You guys need someone just to answer phone calls. Instead of picking up and saying please hold, to then hang up after 10m of waiting on the line.

  Their policy is to install a brand new battery if you buy it from apparently if you go there and hour and 30 minutes before closing is too late for them

  entiendo su politica de no devoluvion herramientas, eso me dijo el vendedor, pero como en ebay y anazon y otras tiendas virtuales y fisicas, el termino de no devolucion se termina cuando te venden un producto defectuoso o el vendedor te da un propducto equivocado, y esto no es lo peor, entiendo que el vendedor ignore este concepto pero la actitud que toman cuando, sin ser prepotente le dije que tenia que llamar a la central para quejarme, una mala actitud cokmo si un reclamo sea algo contra el, mas cuando se lo dijo con la mejor buena honda, esto empora por ser 24 de diciembre y necesitando mi auto andando ese mismo dia, por suerte solucione mi problema sin ninguna ayuda de ellos, todo mal con esta tienda I understand their no-return policy on tools, that's what the salesperson told me, but as with eBay, Amazon, and other online and physical stores, the no-return policy is void when they sell you a defective product or the seller gives you the wrong product. And that's not the worst part; I understand the seller might be unaware of this concept, but the attitude they adopted when I politely told them I would have to call headquarters to complain was terrible, as if a complaint were a personal attack against them, especially since I said it in the nicest way possible. This was made even worse by the fact that it was December 24th and I needed my car running that same day. Luckily, I solved my problem without any help from them, everything about this store was bad. este parrafo lo he agregado despues mas de 1 mes, vi que responden a todas las quejas con disculpas y que han comunicado el probema a su equipo, pero mi duda era, si solucionan algun problema de estas quejas o por lomenos la investigan? y despues de poco mas de 1 mes, nada ha pasado, pense que me escribiriadn -ara pedirme detalles del problema para una investiogacion pero nada, y sospecho que es lo mismo con las otras personas, de nada sirve pedir disculpas si continuan haciendoi lo mismo y pidiendo discupas al aire, sigue siendo un mal servicio de este tienda, estoy probando con autozone y napa y hasta ahora todo bien con estas tiendas
