He was very kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything to me so I understood what was going on. Honestly, everyone at this location is friendly, professional, and welcoming. You can tell they really care about their customers. I would definitely recommend coming here if you need help with your car!

We came in at our wits end after our usual mechanic put us off for 2 weeks with a car that was barely working, but Mavis took us right in! High marks all around!
- JOJim OchsApr 1, 20261.0Took my vehicle to Mavis after listening to some sort of thumping from what I thought was the rear tires. Ask them to speed balance all the rims and tires to determine whether that was the problem and then we could continue with other repair. They assured me that the tires and rims were OK and I needed a left rear hub assembly. Installed that hub assembly and noise still there. Decided to take the vehicle to my own mechanic and within three minutes of the tires off the car stated that they are so badly worn and square that no balancing would help and I needed new tires. I would not recommend this particular Mavis ever to anyone. A very expensive lesson learned…$800 worth.
